➢ Directly manage multiple in-store and back-of-house departments including: Service Experience, Express Services, Curbside Pickup, Order Pickup, and Order Fulfillment
➢ Provide detailed training for immediate departments, and serve as a resource to a store of 400+ employees
➢ Propelled sales from $75M to $85M and recognized as #1 comp store increase in region
➢ Accelerated Buy Online (Pickup in Store) sales to $3.5M , more than a 165% increase for 2019
➢ Pioneered a system for centralized in-store alterations and ship-to-store hubs, and due to its overwhelming success and profitability, has been adopted by every store in the company

Store Manager – Nordstrom – 2015 to 2017

➢ Led a team of 85+ employees to drive $25M in volume
➢ Oversaw $4M in revolving inventory and posted a $200K reduction in shrinkage
➢ Ensured the store remained in line with our annual expense budget
➢ Used commercial awareness to coach employees with merchandising expectations to create a compelling customer experience
➢ Provided tailored training programs to the region in order to cultivate top talent

Multi-Channel Buyer – Nordstrom – 2013 to 2015

➢ Finished the year with record-setting results equaling to $150M in sales, which translated into an 11% increase for the division
➢ Expanded points of distribution by adding top designer vendors including Valentino, Chanel, Saint Laurent, and Jimmy Choo
➢ Awarded Buying Department of the Year for the highest growth in market share
➢ Managed in-season re-orders and stock balances between 65 designer focused doors and online
➢ Negotiated RTV’s on low sell-through receipts while maintaining a coveted relationship with account executives and designers
➢ Created and curated sales reporting which was distributed to the Corporate Executive Team and all store levels

Regional Sales Manager – Nordstrom – 2012 to 2013

➢ Oversaw 22 full line stores in the Southern California Region, from Santa Barbara to San Diego
➢ Increased regional sales volume from $65M to $70M by honing in on opportunities within each location
➢ Broadened footwear distribution for luxury designers, including Gucci, Saint Laurent, and Salvatore Ferragamo, in emerging locations within my territory
➢ Fostered what became the largest men’s shoe region within the company

Department Sales Manager – Nordstrom – 2007 to 2012

➢ Posted year over year increases in high profile departments in Southern California such as South Coast Plaza, Mission Viejo, Santa Barbara, and Cerritos
➢ Completed largest assignment at South Coast Plaza with $8.5M in annual sales while posting a 10% year over year increase
➢ Developed joint promotions with vendors such as Ecco, Magnanni, OluKai and UGG to promote sales and build mutually beneficial relationships
➢ Received regional and corporate recognition for Leader of the Month on multiple assignments and spearheaded a more relevant way of assisting customers, now incorporated and used company-wide
➢ Set up events for the in-store Wellness Program by encouraging employees to participate in activities including Susan G. Komen Race-for-the-Cure, Be The Match Foundation Race, and the Irvine Mud Run
